Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping : Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 days and delivered within 5 to 10 working days. Shipping cost depends on country.
International Shipping
We also offer international shipping to all European Union Countries. Please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery. Note that international shipping rates and customs duties will vary.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we make returns and exchanges easy.
Return Policy
- Time Frame : Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Condition : Products must be returned in original condition, unused and with all original packaging.
- Return Process : To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at office@cedrelle.com .
- Refund : Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days from the moment the product has been received.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately office@cedrelle.com or call us. We will provide a swift resolution, at no additional cost to you.

Return Romania
For purchases from the online store, the buyer has the right to notify the seller in writing that he/she cancels the purchase, without penalties and without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product or, in the case of the provision of services, of signing the contract.
The return of the product is at the buyer's expense and provided that the product is in the same condition in which it was received.
If the returned product has damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, bumps, shocks, or the documents with which it was delivered are missing, the seller may refuse the return or may accept the return with compensation for the damages caused.
In the event of returning the product, the refund of its value will be made within 7 days of the return.

You can also complete and send the standard withdrawal form provided by GEO 34/2014 to the email address office@laterre.ro.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
According to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer and products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly are exempt from the right of withdrawal in terms of distance contracts and off-premises contracts.
